I love fry rice. This is just 1 of many ways I love to make it. My family loves fry rice too. I must have at least once a week.

Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin steak, boneless & thinly sliced
- 2 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables
- 1 cup chicken broth, low salt
- 3 tablespoons catalina dressing, light
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce, light
- 2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/3 cup green onions, chopped
How To Make beefy fried rice

Step 1First cook the meat in a large nonstick frying pan on hight heat for about 3 mins or until evenly browned.

Step 2Next add in the next ingredients, bring to a boil & stir often. Simmer for about 5 mins. The remove from the heat.

Step 3Then let stand for about 5 mins. Then add in the oranges & onions. Then fliff with a fork.
