I love making quick & easy meals. This is a meal that you can buy in a chinesse resturant but is so easy to make at home. I make this at least once a month with beef, pork or chicken.

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup steak sauce
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 - garlic, minced
- 1-1/2 pound beef top round steak, boneless
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 package frozen vegetable blend (broccoli, red pepper,bamboo shoots & mushrooms)
- 4 cups rice, cooked and hot
How To Make beefy beef 'n broccoli

Step 1First combine the first 3 ingredients in a small dish. Then add the steak & toss to coat. Cover the dish & refrigerate for about 30 mins to marinate. Stirring meat occasionally. Then remove the meat for the marinade & reserve the marinade.

Step 2Next heat the oil in a large frying pan on medium heat. Then add the steak,cook & stir 3 to 4 mins or until no longer pink. Then remove meat form frying pan with a slotted spoon. Cover meat & keep warm.

Step 3Then mix in the vegetables & the rreserved marinade in the frying pan. Bring to a boil & reduce the heat to medium low. Cover fryong pan & simmer about 2 to 3 mins or until fully heated. Then add in the smeat,mix lightly & serve over the rice.
