Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup lite soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon spicy bbq sauce
- 2 - chopped green onions
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1-1/2 pound flank steak, cut diagonally into 1/4"-slices
How To Make beefy asian skewers

Step 1In bowl, mix all ingredients, except for steak. Place steak slices into a lg resealable plastic bag. Pour marinade over steak and seal bag. Refrigerate 2 hrs.

Step 2Discard marinade. Spray grill grates of grill w/ cooking spray. Heat grill for high heat.

Step 3Thread steak on skewers. Place on grill. Grill about 3 mins each side. I like serving these w/ sticky white rice.
