Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup lite soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon spicy bbq sauce
  • 2 - chopped green onions
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1-1/2 pound flank steak, cut diagonally into 1/4"-slices

How To Make beefy asian skewers

  • Step 1
    In bowl, mix all ingredients, except for steak. Place steak slices into a lg resealable plastic bag. Pour marinade over steak and seal bag. Refrigerate 2 hrs.
  • Step 2
    Discard marinade. Spray grill grates of grill w/ cooking spray. Heat grill for high heat.
  • Step 3
    Thread steak on skewers. Place on grill. Grill about 3 mins each side. I like serving these w/ sticky white rice.
