Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 3 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tablespoons dry red wine
- 1 cup sour cream
- 6-8 - hamburger buns, toasted and buttered

Step 1In large skillet, brown beef and bacon until no longer pink.

Step 2Drain.

Step 3In crock pot, mix together drained beef, bacon, onion, flour, paprika and salt.

Step 4Stir in undiluted soup and wine.

Step 5Cover pot and cook on low for 4-5 hours.

Step 6Stir in sour cream.

Step 7Spoon mixture over toasted buns.
