Ingredients
- - 1 cup dry sherry
- - 1/2 cup soy sauce
- - 4 cloves garlic, minced
- - 1 beef tenderloin, 3 lbs.
- - 1 pound fresh mushrooms
- - 8 oz. cream cheese
- - 1 t. worcestershire sauce
- - 1 t. seasoning salt
- - 1 pkg. frozen puff pastry, thawed
How To Make beef wellington miniatures

Step 1Mix the wine, soy sauce and garlic in shallow dish. Trim beef and cut into 1 inch cubes. Add to marinade, stirring to coat well. Marinate in refrigerate for 8 hours or longer; drain. Puree mushrooms, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce and seasoning salt in food processor. Cut pastry into 1/4 x 2 inch strips. Arrange 2 strips at a time in an X on work surface. Put 1 beef cube in center of each. Top with a dollop of mushroom mixture. Fold strips over the beef and press to seal. Arrange on baking sheet. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Serves 48 Tropical Settings
