Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon all natural seasoning blend
- 1 pound boneless beef sirloin
- 1 large red or green bell pepper
- 1 - medium onion
- 1 - medium zucchini
How To Make beef & vegetable kabobs

Step 1Cut beef into 1 ½ inch chunks.

Step 2Cut pepper into 1 ½ inch chunks.

Step 3Cut onion into wedges.

Step 4Cut zucchini into ½ inch slices.

Step 5In a large bowl, mix together honey, lime juice and seasoning blend.

Step 6Add remaining ingredients; toss lightly to coat thoroughly with seasoning mixture.

Step 7Thread meat and vegetables alternately on skewers; reserve remaining seasoning mixture.

Step 8Place skewers on rack of boiler pan so kabobs are 3 to 5 inches from heat.

Step 9Broil 8 to 12 minutes or to desired doneness, brushing occasionally with seasoning mixture. Makes 4 servings.
