beef turnovers
Found this in a church cookbook I checked out from the local Library.Great way to use up leftovers!I did try it with a can of roasted beef,not to bad.One of these days I wiil see how they taste w/leftover turkey or chicken.

Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped roast beef
- 3 ounces softened cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons sweet relish
- 1 - small onion,chopped
- 1 can (8count)cresent rolls
- - bread crumbs, seasoned
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
How To Make beef turnovers

Step 1Combine beef,cheese,relish and onion in a bowl and mix well.

Step 2Unroll cresent rolls,form 4 squares.Spoon equal portions of filling into center of each square.Fold over to create triangle and seal edges.

Step 3Arrange on a baking sheet,brush with melted butter,sprinkle with bread crumbs.Bake at 350* for 20 min.until golden brown.
