How to Make Beef Tonque, Baked
- Boil tonque till tender,
- While boiling tonque, slice carrots diagonally and thinly
slice the onions.
- When the tonque is tender, cool, peel and slice.
- Add salt and pepper.
- In a large roasting pan, place onions and cover with the carrots. add sliced tonque in layers. Cover all with ketchup and water. cover and bake at 350dg for 30 minutes.
- Stir and continue baking 30 minutes longer.
