Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds beef, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 10 cans tomato soup "3/4 ounces"
- 6 small onion's, cut into cubes
- 6 medium carrot's, cut in half
- 3 large potatoe's, cut into cubes
- 1/4 teaspoon basil, dried & crushed
How To Make beef tomato stew

Step 1Frist in large heavy pan brown the meat with the oil. Then add in the soup with half a can of water per can, cover the pan & simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

Step 2Next add in the remaining ingerdient's & cover again to cook for 1 more hour or until veggies are tender.

Step 3Then stir occasionally & serve hot over fresh cooke rice.
