Beef Tomato Stew

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbbeef, cut into cubes

2 Tbspvegetable oil
-
10 can(s)tomato soup "3/4 ounces"
-
6 smallonion's, cut into cubes
-
6 mediumcarrot's, cut in half
-
3 largepotatoe's, cut into cubes

1/4 tspbasil, dried & crushed
How to Make Beef Tomato Stew
- Frist in large heavy pan brown the meat with the oil. Then add in the soup with half a can of water per can, cover the pan & simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
- Next add in the remaining ingerdient's & cover again to cook for 1 more hour or until veggies are tender.
- Then stir occasionally & serve hot over fresh cooke rice.
