Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 pounds sirloin steak cut into small squares
- 1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced and drained
- 1 can condensed beef broth
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons tomato paste
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- 3 tablespoons flour
- - buttered noodles
How To Make beef tips

Step 1Combine 1/2 cup flour with the salt and pepper and toss with beef cubes to coat thoroughly.

Step 2Place in crock-pot.

Step 3Add green onions and drained mushrooms.

Step 4Combine with beef broth, worcestershire sauce and tomato paste.

Step 5Pour over beef and vegetables; stir well.

Step 6Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 12 hours.

Step 7One hour before serving, turn to high setting.

Step 8Make a smooth paste of red wine and 3 tablespoons flour; stir into crock-pot, mixing well.

Step 9Cover and cook until thickened.

Step 10Serve over hot buttered noodles.
