Ingredients
- 1-2 pound boneless beef sirloin, cut in cubes
- 5 - maggi beef bouillon cubes
- 2 cups water
- 1 - heaping teaspoon dry lipton onion soup mix
- 1 can (4 ounce) mushrooms, undrained
- 3/4 cup taylor sauterne wine
How To Make beef tips

Step 1Brown beef in scant amount oil, drain and return to pan.

Step 2Combine all ingredients except the wine. Bring to boil then lower heat. Add wine and cook an hour.

Step 3Serve over toast points, noodles or mashed potatoes. A real comfort meal.
