Ingredients
- 1 pound stew beef cut into bite size pieces
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups white rice
- 1 tablespoon basil, dried
- 8 ounces cheese any type you like
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 can cream or chicken or mushroom soup
How To Make beef tip casserole

Step 1Cook rice as directed

Step 2Put olive oil, worcestershire sauce in to pan on medium high heat. Add beef cut into bite size pieces, onions, basil, garlic powder, salt and cook till meat is a light grey color, do not over cook.

Step 3Put rice in a bowl and add cream of chicken or mushroom soup, mix together, add beef mixture and 1 cup of the grated cheese and mix together put into 9 x 13 baking dish or small aluminum pans top with remander grated cheese and bake on 350 for 20 minutes or until brown on top.
