teriyaki steak yakisoba
I love me a sweet teriyaki sauce, and just love this noodle bowl with veggies and steak. Great combo with the homemade teriyaki sauce, which I think is key to the great flavor. Tip: Marinade steaks beforehand or overnight.

Ingredients
- 2 - filets, new york strip
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 cups zucchini, sliced
- 2 cups yellow squash, sliced
- 1 large head of broccoli, separated and cut in half
- 1 cup green cabbage, chopped
- 1 package soba noodles
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
How To Make teriyaki steak yakisoba

Step 1Slice steak in long pieces, about 1/4 inch thick. Set aside.

Step 2In sauce pan, heat water, cornstarch, brown sugar and soy sauce until sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly. Add garlic and ginger, stir well. Remove from heat and let cool. Reserve 1/2 of the sauce to the side.

Step 3Marinade the steak in the other 1/2 of the sauce for at least 30 minutes.

Step 4Cook noodles as directed, strain and set aside.

Step 5Stir fry all vegetables until tender.

Step 6Grill the steak over medium-low heat, brushing with sauce while cooking. Grill both sides for approximately 2 minutes each. Let stand for 5 minutes, then cut into 1 inch pieces.

Step 7In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together, toss with extra teriyaki sauce, and serve.
