Beef Teriyaki Yakisoba

I love me a sweet teriyaki sauce, and just love this noodle bowl with veggies and steak. Great combo with the homemade teriyaki sauce, which I think is key to the great flavor.

Tip: Marinade steaks beforehand or overnight.

filets, new york strip

1/2 c
soy sauce
1/2 c
brown sugar
2 Tbsp
4 clove
garlic, minced
2 tsp
ground ginger
2 c
zucchini, sliced
2 c
yellow squash, sliced
1 large
head of broccoli, separated and cut in half
1 c
green cabbage, chopped
1 pkg
soba noodles
2 Tbsp
olive oil

How to Make Beef Teriyaki Yakisoba


  • 1Slice steak in long pieces, about 1/4 inch thick. Set aside.
  • 2In sauce pan, heat water, cornstarch, brown sugar and soy sauce until sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly. Add garlic and ginger, stir well. Remove from heat and let cool. Reserve 1/2 of the sauce to the side.
  • 3Marinade the steak in the other 1/2 of the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  • 4Cook noodles as directed, strain and set aside.
  • 5Stir fry all vegetables until tender.
  • 6Grill the steak over medium-low heat, brushing with sauce while cooking. Grill both sides for approximately 2 minutes each.
    Let stand for 5 minutes, then cut into 1 inch pieces.
  • 7In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together, toss with extra teriyaki sauce, and serve.
