sirloin steak
1/2 c
soy sauce
1/2 c
dry white wine

ginger
1 Tbsp
cornstarch
3 pkg
sugar substitute

How to Make Beef Teriyaki

Step-by-Step

  • 1Slice beef into 1/2 inch strips.
  • 2Arrange in shallow casserole.
  • 3Combine soy sauce, wine, garlic and ginger.
  • 4Pour over meat, cover and refrigerate.
  • 5Marinate 2 hours.
  • 6Broil beef 1-1/2 minutes on each side.
  • 7Pour marinade into saucepan.
  • 8Add cornstarch and cook over medium heat, until sauce thickens.
  • 9Remove from heat, stir in sugar substitute.
  • 10Serve sauce over meat.
