Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds sirloin steak
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 - minced garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 packages sugar substitute
How To Make beef teriyaki

Step 1Slice beef into 1/2 inch strips.

Step 2Arrange in shallow casserole.

Step 3Combine soy sauce, wine, garlic and ginger.

Step 4Pour over meat, cover and refrigerate.

Step 5Marinate 2 hours.

Step 6Broil beef 1-1/2 minutes on each side.

Step 7Pour marinade into saucepan.

Step 8Add cornstarch and cook over medium heat, until sauce thickens.

Step 9Remove from heat, stir in sugar substitute.

Step 10Serve sauce over meat.
