Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb
    sirloin steak
  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 c
    dry white wine
  • 1
    minced garlic clove
  • 1 tsp
    ginger
  • 1 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 3 pkg
    sugar substitute

How to Make Beef Teriyaki

Step-by-Step

  1. Slice beef into 1/2 inch strips.
  2. Arrange in shallow casserole.
  3. Combine soy sauce, wine, garlic and ginger.
  4. Pour over meat, cover and refrigerate.
  5. Marinate 2 hours.
  6. Broil beef 1-1/2 minutes on each side.
  7. Pour marinade into saucepan.
  8. Add cornstarch and cook over medium heat, until sauce thickens.
  9. Remove from heat, stir in sugar substitute.
  10. Serve sauce over meat.
