Ingredients For beef tenderloin in oyster sauce

  • 1 lb
    beef tenderloin cut into thin strips
  • 3 Tbsp
    oyster sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    each grated ginger and minced garlic
  • 1
    red chilies seeded and chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • 2 c
    fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    rice vinegar

How To Make beef tenderloin in oyster sauce

    Place oyster sauce, soy sauce, red chili, garlic and ginger in a large bowl. Add the meat and let it marinate 1 hour.

    Add oil to skillet. Add the spinach and salt. Cook stirring until it starts to wilt. Add the vinegar and cook until most has evaporated. Remove spinach to a serving plate.

    Wipe out pan and place pan over high heat. When pan starts to smoke a bit add a touch more oil and throw in the meat with the marinade. Sear the meat on both sides and cook until medium rare. Serve meat over spinach
