Ingredients
- 1 pound beef tenderloin cut into thin strips
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon each grated ginger and minced garlic
- 1 - red chilies seeded and chopped
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
How To Make beef tenderloin in oyster sauce

Step 1Place oyster sauce, soy sauce, red chili, garlic and ginger in a large bowl. Add the meat and let it marinate 1 hour.

Step 2Add oil to skillet. Add the spinach and salt. Cook stirring until it starts to wilt. Add the vinegar and cook until most has evaporated. Remove spinach to a serving plate.

Step 3Wipe out pan and place pan over high heat. When pan starts to smoke a bit add a touch more oil and throw in the meat with the marinade. Sear the meat on both sides and cook until medium rare. Serve meat over spinach
