This is such a comfort dish. Easy to put together and taste wonderful! I have also used Cream of Celery soup.

Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen tater tots
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 16 ounces frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1 can cream of broccoli soup, undiluted
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 can french-fried onions, large can
- 1 cup shredded colby-jack cheese, divided
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- - salt to taste
How To Make beef & tater bake

Step 1Place Tater Tots in an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the broccoli, soup, tomato, 3/4 cup french-fried onions, 1/2 cup cheese, milk, garlic powder and pepper; heat through. Pour over Tater Tots. Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining onions and cheese. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
