Ingredients For beef & tater bake

  • 4 c
    frozen tater tots
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 pkg
    frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 1 md
    tomato, chopped
  • 1 can
    french-fried onions, divided
  • 1 c
    shredded colby-monterey jack cheese, divided
  • 1/3 c
    2 o/o milk
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 can
    (10- 3/4 oz) condensed cream of broccoli soup, undiluted

How To Make beef & tater bake

    Place Tater Tots in an ungreased 13 in. x 9 in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 400o for 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the broccoli, soup, tomato, 3/4 cup French-fried onions, 1/2 cup cheese, milk, garlic power and pepper; heat through. Pour over Tater tots.

    Cover and bake for 20 minutes. At 350 degrees. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining onions and cheese. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
