Beef & Tater Bake
4 cfrozen tater tots
1 lbground beef
1 pkgfrozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 mediumtomato, chopped
1 can(s)french-fried onions, divided
1 cshredded colby-monterey jack cheese, divided
1/3 c2 o/o milk
1/4 tspgarlic powder
1 can(s)(10- 3/4 oz) condensed cream of broccoli soup, undiluted
How to Make Beef & Tater Bake
- Place Tater Tots in an ungreased 13 in. x 9 in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 400o for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the broccoli, soup, tomato, 3/4 cup French-fried onions, 1/2 cup cheese, milk, garlic power and pepper; heat through. Pour over Tater tots.
- Cover and bake for 20 minutes. At 350 degrees. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining onions and cheese. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
