Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can 10 3/4 oz tomato soup
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup water
- 6 - flour or corn tortillas cut up
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
How To Make beef taco skillet

Step 1Cook the beef in 10 inch skillet over medium high heat till well browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off any fat.

Step 2Stir the soup, salsa, water and tortillas in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 mins. Stir the beef mixture. Top with cheese.

Step 3Variations: Creamy Mexican Fiesta: Stir in 1/2 cup sour cream with the soup. Use corn tortillas and Mexican Cheese.
