Very easy but good recipe. I think it may have been a campbells recipe :)

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can 10 3/4 oz tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 6 - flour or corn tortillas cut up
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar

How To Make beef taco skillet

  • Step 1
    Cook the beef in 10 inch skillet over medium high heat till well browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
  • Step 2
    Stir the soup, salsa, water and tortillas in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 mins. Stir the beef mixture. Top with cheese.
  • Step 3
    Variations: Creamy Mexican Fiesta: Stir in 1/2 cup sour cream with the soup. Use corn tortillas and Mexican Cheese.
