This is a very good appetizer that I have taken to potlucks and everyone loved them.

ground beef
1 can(s)
chopped green chili's
1 pkg
cream cheese
1/4 tsp
ground cumin
1/4 tsp
chili powder
3 pkg
(8 oz. ea.) refrigerated crescent rolls

How to Make Beef Stuffed Crescent Rolls


  • 1In a skillet brown hamburger and chili's over medium heat until beef is no longer pink ; drain off grease.
  • 2Add cream cheese , cumin and chili powder , cool slightly.
  • 3Separate crescent roll dough into 24 triangles.
  • 4Place 1 TBS. of meat mixture along the short end of ea. triangle ; carefully roll up.
  • 5Place point side down 2" apart on an ungreased baking sheets.
  • 6Bake @ 375° for 11-14 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 7Serve warm.
