Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef tenderloin
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 clove garlic chopped
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1/2 pound mushrooms
How To Make beef strognaoff

Step 1Roll meat in flour, salt and pepper. Brown in butter 5 minutes. Blend soup, water, and sour cream well. Add garlic, onion, and mushrooms. Combine with meat. Heat over boiling water for 30 minutes, reduce heat and keep hot until time to serve. Serve with rice or noodles.
