- 1 pound beef stew meat
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- - egg noodles
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make beef stroganoff by pressure cooker

Step 1Add oil brown meat add onion, garlic, beef broth, golden mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2Cook on high pressure for 20 to 30 minutes.

Step 3Release pressure add sour cream. Sever over egg noodles.
