Recipes makes a lot of sauce which my son loves served over pasta. Some times I use 2lbs of stew meat.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    beef stew meat
  • 1 Tbsp
    oil
  • 1 large
    onion, chopped
  • 1 c
    beef broth
  • 1 can(s)
    golden mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • ·
    egg noodles
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Beef Stroganoff by pressure cooker

Step-by-Step

  1. Add oil brown meat add onion, garlic, beef broth, golden mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Cook on high pressure for 20 to 30 minutes.
  3. Release pressure add sour cream. Sever over egg noodles.
