Ingredients
- 2 pounds stew beef bite sized
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 cups onion
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - flour to thicken
- 1 can mushrooms or can be fresh
- 3 (26oz) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream or to taste
How To Make beef stroganoff

Step 1Brown stew beef in butter; add onions and cook till all are tender and done add just enough flour to thicken to a paste

Step 2Add mushrooms, cans of soup, and sour cream

Step 3Simmer on very lower for about an hour Serve over hot buttered noodles!!
