Ingredients
- 2 pounds stew beef
- 1 - diced onion
- 4 cloves sliced garlic
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups beef stock
- SAUCE
- 1 pound sliced mushrooms
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- THICKNER
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
How To Make beef stroganoff

Step 1In Crock pot put first 7 ingredients on high for 1 hour then LOW for next 6 hours

Step 2After beef has finished cooking,In fry pan,fry mushrooms,add soup & cream,add to slow cooked beef,Thicken with 1/2 cup water 2 tablespoons cornstarch
