Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak tips
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 cup water
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 3 cups uncooked corkscrew pasta
- 1/2 cup sour cream
How To Make beef stroganoff

Step 1Heat oil in skillet, add beef and cook until browned and juices evaporate.

Step 2Add the soup, broth, water, and worcestershire sauce. Whisk to incorporate. Add the pasta. Heat to a boil. Cook over medium heat 15 minutes or until pasta is cooked, stirring occasionally.

Step 3Add the sour cream and heat through.
