Simple and tasty. What more can you ask for? If my noodles look a little dark in the picture, that's because we eat whole wheat pasta.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak tips
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cups uncooked corkscrew pasta
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

How To Make beef stroganoff

  • Step 1
    Heat oil in skillet, add beef and cook until browned and juices evaporate.
  • Step 2
    Add the soup, broth, water, and worcestershire sauce. Whisk to incorporate. Add the pasta. Heat to a boil. Cook over medium heat 15 minutes or until pasta is cooked, stirring occasionally.
  • Step 3
    Add the sour cream and heat through.
