    vegetable oil
  • 1 lb
    boneless beef sirloin steak tips
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can(s)
    beef broth
  • 1 c
  • 2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 3 c
    uncooked corkscrew pasta
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream

How to Make Beef Stroganoff


  1. Heat oil in skillet, add beef and cook until browned and juices evaporate.
  2. Add the soup, broth, water, and worcestershire sauce. Whisk to incorporate. Add the pasta. Heat to a boil. Cook over medium heat 15 minutes or until pasta is cooked, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the sour cream and heat through.
