3 cuncooked corkscrew pasta

How to Make Beef Stroganoff
- Heat oil in skillet, add beef and cook until browned and juices evaporate.
- Add the soup, broth, water, and worcestershire sauce. Whisk to incorporate. Add the pasta. Heat to a boil. Cook over medium heat 15 minutes or until pasta is cooked, stirring occasionally.
- Add the sour cream and heat through.
