Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- - salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
- 2 pounds beef, cubed
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 - onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- - cooked egg noodles
How To Make beef stoganoff

Step 1IN a medium bowl, mix together flour, salt, pepper and garlic. Add beef and coat each cube and remove from bowl.

Step 2Heat oil to med-hi in a large heavy pot, add beef and brown on all sides. Add onions, garlic, mushrooms, broth; bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 30 minutes, or until beef is tender.

Step 3Mix sour cream and flour together and add to the pot. Stir well and continue to cook 15 minutes or until desired thickness. Serve over hot noodles.
