  • 1 lb
    beef tenderloin
  • 1 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1 c
    onion, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 c
    green bell peppers, seeded and cut into thin strips
  • 3/4 c
    yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 c
    red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    white wine vinegar

How to Make Beef Stir Fry with Tri-Color Peppers


  1. Trim fat from meat (beef or pork could also be used), and cut crosswise into 1/4 inch slices.
  2. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over high heat until hot.
  3. Add meat, soy sauce, and next 3 ingredients; stir fry 3 minutes or until meat is done.
  4. Remove meat mixture from skillet; set aside and keep warm.
  5. Place skillet over medium-high heat; add onion and bell peppers, and stir fry 5 minutes.
  6. Return meat mixture to skillet; add vinegar, and cook 1 minute more.
