Ingredients
- 1 pound beef tenderloin
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1 cup onion, thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup green bell peppers, seeded and cut into thin strips
- 3/4 cup yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
How To Make beef stir fry with tri-color peppers

Step 1Trim fat from meat (beef or pork could also be used), and cut crosswise into 1/4 inch slices.

Step 2Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over high heat until hot.

Step 3Add meat, soy sauce, and next 3 ingredients; stir fry 3 minutes or until meat is done.

Step 4Remove meat mixture from skillet; set aside and keep warm.

Step 5Place skillet over medium-high heat; add onion and bell peppers, and stir fry 5 minutes.

Step 6Return meat mixture to skillet; add vinegar, and cook 1 minute more.
