beef tenderloin
1 tsp
sesame oil
1 Tbsp
soy sauce
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
1/4 tsp
1/4 tsp
1 c
onion, thinly sliced
3/4 c
green bell peppers, seeded and cut into thin strips
3/4 c
yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 c
red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
2 Tbsp
white wine vinegar

How to Make Beef Stir Fry with Tri-Color Peppers


  • 1Trim fat from meat (beef or pork could also be used), and cut crosswise into 1/4 inch slices.
  • 2Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over high heat until hot.
  • 3Add meat, soy sauce, and next 3 ingredients; stir fry 3 minutes or until meat is done.
  • 4Remove meat mixture from skillet; set aside and keep warm.
  • 5Place skillet over medium-high heat; add onion and bell peppers, and stir fry 5 minutes.
  • 6Return meat mixture to skillet; add vinegar, and cook 1 minute more.
