1 lbbeef tenderloin

1 cred bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced

3/4 cyellow bell pepper, thinly sliced

3/4 cgreen bell peppers, seeded and cut into thin strips

1 conion, thinly sliced

1/4 tspcumin

1/4 tspginger
-
1/4 tspgarlic powder

1 Tbspsoy sauce

1 tspsesame oil

2 Tbspwhite wine vinegar
How To Make beef stir fry with tri-color peppers

1Trim fat from meat (beef or pork could also be used), and cut crosswise into 1/4 inch slices.

2Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over high heat until hot.

3Add meat, soy sauce, and next 3 ingredients; stir fry 3 minutes or until meat is done.

4Remove meat mixture from skillet; set aside and keep warm.

5Place skillet over medium-high heat; add onion and bell peppers, and stir fry 5 minutes.

6Return meat mixture to skillet; add vinegar, and cook 1 minute more.
