How to Make Beef Stew Bake
- Cut the carrots, potatoes and summer squash into bite size pieces.
- Brown stew beef in skillet, add tomatoe juice, gravy and soup mix and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Put cut veggies in a casserole dish.
- Pour meat mixture over veggies, cover and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
