Ingredients
- 1 pound stew beef
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1 - 10 1/2 oz can mushroom gravy
- 1/4 cup onion soup mix
- - carrots
- - potatoes
- - summer squash (if desired)
How To Make beef stew bake

Step 1Cut the carrots, potatoes and summer squash into bite size pieces.

Step 2Brown stew beef in skillet, add tomatoe juice, gravy and soup mix and simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 3Put cut veggies in a casserole dish.

Step 4Pour meat mixture over veggies, cover and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
