Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    stew beef
  • 1 c
    tomato juice
  • 1
    10 1/2 oz can mushroom gravy
  • 1/4 c
    onion soup mix
  • ·
    carrots
  • ·
    potatoes
  • ·
    summer squash (if desired)

How to Make Beef Stew Bake

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut the carrots, potatoes and summer squash into bite size pieces.
  2. Brown stew beef in skillet, add tomatoe juice, gravy and soup mix and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Put cut veggies in a casserole dish.
  4. Pour meat mixture over veggies, cover and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
