beef stew a la blanco
This recipe is my daughter's mother in law's and I just needed to share, as I have been cooking for over 30 years and never thought to make Beef Stew with Spaghetti sauce...IT WORKS beautifully.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 1/2 - onion,diced
- 1/2 - green pepper, diced
- 3 - garlic cloves, smashed
- 2 - bay leaves
- 2 - beef bouillon, cubes
- 1 cup wine,white or red
- 1 large jar,spaghetti sauce, meat flavored
- 1 bunch small potatoes
- 1 bunch carrots, baby
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
How To Make beef stew a la blanco

Step 1In a large Pot, saute onions, peppers and garlic in olive oil.

Step 2add in the spaghetti sauce, wine, bay leaves.

Step 3add in the meat cubes...cover and cook on low-med 1 hour, add in potatoes and carrots...simmer another hour.

Step 4NO knife needed...enjoy
