I never like my mom's beef stew as a child. Then, after I got married, I started selling Pampered Chef products and got this recipe from their Stoneware Sensations cookbook and loved it!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds stew meat
- 2 large unpeeled potatoes
- 3/4 teaspoon thyme leaves
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups sliced carrots
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 medium onion cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
How To Make beef stew

Step 1Put potatoes in the bottom of a 5 quart crockpot.

Step 2Add stew meat then remaining ingredients.

Step 3Cook on low 8 hours.
