Ingredients

1 1/2 lbbeef chuck, boneless

2 tbspcooking oil

3 lgpotatoes

1 16OZ can(s)tomatoes, canned and cut up

1 cchopped onion

1/2 cwater

1/4 TSPcinnamon

2 mediumzucchini ,sliced
How to Make Beef Stew
- In a dutch oven brown meat 1/3 at a time in hot oil,drain
return all the meat to the pan, add potatoes,undrained tomatoes,onions,green peppers,water ,cinnamon,garlic,salt and pepper - If you want you can transfer the mixture to a 3 quart casserole and bake covered in a 350 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours stir in corn and zucchini bake 45 min longer.
when finished add a little more salt & pepper to taste - I never use a casserole dish I complete the whole meal in a dutch oven.
