    green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1 small
    garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • ·
    "just a pinch" of pepper
  • 1.25 lb
    ribeye

How to Make Beef Steak with Herb Garnish

Step-by-Step

  1. Make the herb garnish ahead of time to allow flavors to blend.
  2. Combine onion, parsley, lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a glass bowl; let stand at room temperature at least 2 hours.
  3. At meal time, broil or saute meat to desired doneness in a heavy frypan lightly brushed with oil.
  4. Spoon herb garnish over each serving.
