I made this casserole for 4 when my husband and I were first going together. I took a small portion and then he ate the rest! He was hooked from then on!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 packages chopped spinach
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1/4 pound grated cheese (your choice)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon each marjoram and oregano
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make beef spinach casserole

  • Step 1
    Cook and drain spinach.
  • Step 2
    Brown beef with seasonings and onion. Drain.
  • Step 3
    Add soup and half of cheese to beef mixture. Stir well and simmer a few minutes.
  • Step 4
    Add drained spinach and mix well.
  • Step 5
    Put into an 8" baking dish. Sprinkle with rest of cheese.
  • Step 6
    Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
