I made this casserole for 4 when my husband and I were first going together. I took a small portion and then he ate the rest! He was hooked from then on!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 packages chopped spinach
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/4 pound grated cheese (your choice)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon each marjoram and oregano
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make beef spinach casserole

Step 1Cook and drain spinach.

Step 2Brown beef with seasonings and onion. Drain.

Step 3Add soup and half of cheese to beef mixture. Stir well and simmer a few minutes.

Step 4Add drained spinach and mix well.

Step 5Put into an 8" baking dish. Sprinkle with rest of cheese.

Step 6Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
