- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1.5 teaspoons fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 teaspoon peppercorns, crushed
- 12 ounces porterhouse steak or T-bone

Step 1In small bowl combine all ingredients except peppercorns and steak; set aside.

Step 2Press crushed peppercorns into steak; broil steak, on rack in broiling pan, 2 inches from heat source, turning once, for about 3 minutes on each side or until done to taste.

Step 3Remove to warmed platter and brush with mint mixture.

Step 4Serve immediately.
