How to Make Beef Short Ribs
- 1Braise ribs in a skillet
- 2Add boullion cube to 1/2 cup boiling water & stir well
- 3Using either a crockpot or roasting pan, put ribs in pan--add garlic cloves over ribs. Add quartered onions and boullion mixture.
- 4Cook covered on very low heat 4-5 hours. The bones will fall away from the beef, which will be extremely tender.
- 5The broth in the pan is excellent for gravy to serve over mashed potatoes, rice, etc.
