A very dear friend shared this recipe with me. I was shocked when I saw the amount of garlic and questioned my friend. "Just try it" she said. I made it once and have never again questioned the heavy garlic.
Add boullion cube to 1/2 cup boiling water & stir well
Using either a crockpot or roasting pan, put ribs in pan--add garlic cloves over ribs. Add quartered onions and boullion mixture.
Cook covered on very low heat 4-5 hours. The bones will fall away from the beef, which will be extremely tender.
The broth in the pan is excellent for gravy to serve over mashed potatoes, rice, etc.
