Ingredients

4-5 lbbeef short ribs
-
20garlic cloves
-
3 largeonions, quartered

1/2 cwater

1boullion cube
How to Make Beef Short Ribs
- Braise ribs in a skillet
- Add boullion cube to 1/2 cup boiling water & stir well
- Using either a crockpot or roasting pan, put ribs in pan--add garlic cloves over ribs. Add quartered onions and boullion mixture.
- Cook covered on very low heat 4-5 hours. The bones will fall away from the beef, which will be extremely tender.
- The broth in the pan is excellent for gravy to serve over mashed potatoes, rice, etc.
