- 500 grams beef short ribs
- 30 grams black pepper sauce
- 10 grams oyster sauce
- 10 grams starch
- 10 grams corn oil
How To Make beef short ribs with black pepper sauce

Step 1Put beef short ribs, black pepper sauce, and oyster sauce into a big bowl. Add starch and corn oil.

Step 2Mix them well, cover them with plastic wrap and marinate the short beef ribs for 20 minutes.

Step 3Put the marinated short beef ribs into the steamer and 500g water into the mixing bowl.

Step 4Put on the measuring cup, and boil the water at 6mins/110℃/REV1.

Step 5Put on the steamer set and steam the short beef ribs at 25min/110℃/REV1.
