Ingredients
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 1/2 pounds beef short ribs, boneless
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup beef broth
- 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup hot sauce (or chili sauce)
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (hot or mild; your preference)
How To Make beef short ribs

Step 1Put flour, salt and pepper in a bag.

Step 2Add ribs and shake to coat.

Step 3Brown ribs in butter in a large skillet.

Step 4Put in slow cooker.

Step 5In same skillet, combine remaining ingredients.

Step 6Bring to a boil, stirring.

Step 7Pour over ribs.

Step 8Cover and cook on low for 9 hours.
