Ingredients
- 2 pounds round steak or stew meat
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup vegetable, corn, or canola oil
- - tomatoes, onions, peppers, mushrooms
How To Make beef shish kebab

Step 1If using round steak, cut into 1/4" strips, if using stew meat, cut into bite size chunks.

Step 2Place meat in a shallow non-aluminum pan or a large plastic baggie. Combine spices, soy sauce, lemon juice and oil; add to meat. Marinate overnight.

Step 3Assemble kebabs on metal or bamboo skewers alternating meat with vegetables. Grill kebabs over medium hot coals or on a gas grill for 3-4 minutes on each side brushing with marinade once.
