Ingredients
- 2 beef shanks with bone
- 5 cups water
- 1 tablespoon better than bouillon beef bouillon
- 1/4 cup rice wine or saki
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger grated
- handful of cilantro roots
- 7 ounces rice noodles
- cilantro leaves for garnish
How To Make beef shank pho

Step 1place the beef shanks into a slow cooker. Add the water, bouillon, garlic, rice wine, ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce and coriander roots. Cook on low about 10 to 12 hours.

Step 2Remove the meat and shred into pieces. Strain the liquid and discard the solids. Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain.

Step 3Place noodles in a bowl. Top with meat broth and cilantro
