1 1/2 Tbsp
chili powder
1/2 tsp
ground cumin
1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp
1 pkg
frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 1/4 c
chunky salsa
1 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
flour tortillas, warmed

How to Make Beef & Salsa Burritos


  • 1In large nonstick skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat 10 to 12 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
  • 2Pour off drippings.
  • 3Season beef with chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
  • 4Stir in spinach and salsa, heat through.
  • 5Remove from heat stir in cheese.
  • 6Spoon 1/2 cup beef mixture in center of each tortilla.
  • 7Fold bottom edge up over filling; fold sides to center, overlapping edges.
  • 8Makes 8 burritos.
