Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup picante sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano, crushed
  • 1 - clove garlic, minced
  • 3/4 pound roast beef deli style, sliced 1/4"
  • 1 - tomato, chopped
  • 1 - cucumber
  • 1 - red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1 cup red onion, thinly sliced

How To Make beef salad ole

  • Step 1
    Cut cucumber lengthwise into quarters, seeded and thinly sliced.
  • Step 2
    Combine picante sauce, oil, vinegar, oregano and garlic; mix well.
  • Step 3
    Place beef in plastic bag; pour half of picante sauce mixture into bag.
  • Step 4
    Close bag securely; chill at least 1 hour or up to 12 hours.
  • Step 5
    Just before serving, arrange meat and vegetables on serving platter.
  • Step 6
    Pass remaining dressing and serve with additional picante sauce.
