Ingredients
- 3/4 cup picante sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, crushed
- 1 - clove garlic, minced
- 3/4 pound roast beef deli style, sliced 1/4"
- 1 - tomato, chopped
- 1 - cucumber
- 1 - red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
How To Make beef salad ole

Step 1Cut cucumber lengthwise into quarters, seeded and thinly sliced.

Step 2Combine picante sauce, oil, vinegar, oregano and garlic; mix well.

Step 3Place beef in plastic bag; pour half of picante sauce mixture into bag.

Step 4Close bag securely; chill at least 1 hour or up to 12 hours.

Step 5Just before serving, arrange meat and vegetables on serving platter.

Step 6Pass remaining dressing and serve with additional picante sauce.
