onion chopped
1 tsp
italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
1 large
package of mozzerella cheese shredded
1 large
jar pace picante sauce, medium heat
2 pkg
egg roll wrappers

How to Make BEEF ROLL UPS

Step-by-Step

  • 1BROWN BEEF WHEN RED IS OUT DRAIN, ADD ONION, SALT, PEPPER AND ITALIAN SEASONING, AND PICANTE SAUCE, FINISH BROWNING, COOL, ADD CHEESE MIX TOGETHER.
  • 2PLACE 2 HEAPING TABLESPOONS OF THE MEAT MIXTURE ON THE EGG ROLL AND ROLL UP
  • 3DEEP FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN, EVERYTHING IS COOKED SO IT ONLY TAKES A FEW MINUTES. SERVE WITH TACO SAUCE, HOT OR MILD
  • 4THESE FREEZE VERY WELL, JUST MAKE SURE THAT THEY ARE NOT TOUCHING EACH OTHER ON THE SHEET PAN, PUT THEM INTO THE FREEZER UNTIL FROZEN, THEN PUT INTO A SEALED CONTAINER AND PUT BACK INTO THE FREEZER, JUST BRING THEM OUT AND TAKE OUT WHAT YOU WANT
