  • 1 - 2-3 pound beef roast
  • 1 - envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can condensed golden mushroom soup

How To Make beef roast with mushroom gravy

  • Step 1
    Place beef roast in slow cooker.
  • Step 2
    Pour soup in crock pot on top of roast. Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix.
  • Step 3
    Cook on low for 6 hours or until fork tender. Serve with mashed potatoes, crusty bread and salad. Lip smacking good.
