onion
kitchen bouquet
montreal steak seasoning
water
salt
pepper

How to Make Beef Roast

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cut roast into pieces about two inches on a side. Place in oven proof pan with small amount of water.
  • 2Course chop onion and place over meat. Pour on Kitchen Bouquet to taste. Sprinkle with Montreal Steak Seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3Bake at 350 degrees for about three to four hours. Until meat pulls apart with a fork. Remove from oven and let rest for twenty minutes before cutting and serving. Retain juice for dip or for gravy.
