Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups stew meat cut into 1 ich cubes
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
- 3 - celery stalks chopped into 1 inch pieces
- 3 large potatoes peeled and diced
- 16 ounces canned tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 2 - garlic cloves minced
- 1 cup beef stock
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons water
How To Make beef ragu

Step 1Combine 1/3 c. flour, salt and pepper, toss beef cubes with flour mixture and brown in 1 tbsp. oil in large stock pot.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients except the 2 tbsp. of flour and water.

Step 3Stir well and cook for 5-6 hours on med. low. One hour before serving mix in the combined 2 tbsp. flour and 3 tbsp. water. Cook until thick.
