I got this recipe from my Sister-in-law, it was a little different my husband and daughter likes it so i have been making it since. Hope you all enjoy it....

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    roast beef with gravy
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of celery soup
  • 5 to 6 large
    potatoes (sliced)
  • 1 large
    onion (sliced)
  • 2 c
    grated cheese

How to Make Beef & Potato Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Boil Potatoes & onion for about 10 minutes.
  2. Drain, Put half potato & onion mixture in casserole dish. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Add beef & gravy, add half celery soup. Put remaining potato,onion, and soup.
  4. Top with grated cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 until bubbly & cheese melt.
