I got this recipe from my Sister-in-law, it was a little different my husband and daughter likes it so i have been making it since. Hope you all enjoy it....

Ingredients
- 1 can roast beef with gravy
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 5 to 6 large potatoes (sliced)
- 1 large onion (sliced)
- 2 cups grated cheese
How To Make beef & potato casserole

Step 1Boil Potatoes & onion for about 10 minutes.

Step 2Drain, Put half potato & onion mixture in casserole dish. Add salt and pepper.

Step 3Add beef & gravy, add half celery soup. Put remaining potato,onion, and soup.

Step 4Top with grated cheese.

Step 5Bake at 350 until bubbly & cheese melt.
