onion, diced

carrots, thinly sliced

chicken stock
1 tsp
1 c
frozen peas, thawed

How to Make Beef Pot Roast


  • 1Heat oil in a pot, add the meat and brown well on both sides.
  • 2Remove the meat and pour out the fat.
  • 3Replace the meat and add onion, carrot and cola.
  • 4Place over medium heat and cook 5 minutes.
  • 5Add stock and salt, cover and cook for 1 1/4 hours or until meat is tender.
  • 6Add the peas and cook another 5 minutes.
