Ingredients
- 2 pounds pot roast
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 - onion, diced
- 1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
- 2 cups cola
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
How To Make beef pot roast

Step 1Heat oil in a pot, add the meat and brown well on both sides.

Step 2Remove the meat and pour out the fat.

Step 3Replace the meat and add onion, carrot and cola.

Step 4Place over medium heat and cook 5 minutes.

Step 5Add stock and salt, cover and cook for 1 1/4 hours or until meat is tender.

Step 6Add the peas and cook another 5 minutes.
