Ingredients
- 4 pounds chuck pot roast
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth, reduced sodium
- 1 package good seasons italian salad dressing mix
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
How To Make beef pot roast

Step 1Coat roast with flour and salad dressing mix. Use a meat tenderizer and gently pound in coating.

Step 2Place roast in a 5-6 quart crock pot,

Step 3Mix 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix, and beef broth.

Step 4Pour over roast. Cover, and place on low setting for 6 hours
