4 lbchuck pot roast

1 pkgdry onion soup mix

2 can(s)cream of mushroom soup

1 cbeef broth, reduced sodium

1 pkggood seasons italian salad dressing mix

1/4 call purpose flour
How to Make Beef Pot Roast
- Coat roast with flour and salad dressing mix. Use a meat tenderizer and gently pound in coating.
- Place roast in a 5-6 quart crock pot,
- Mix 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix, and beef broth.
- Pour over roast. Cover, and place on low setting for 6 hours
