Ingredients For beef pot pie with biscuits

1 1/2 lbround steak cut into 1/2" cubes

2 cmixed vegetables, thawed

2 lgpotatoes, peeled, diced, cooked

1 jar(18oz) beef gravy

1/2 tspdried thyme

1 tube(12oz) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

1/4 tsppepper
How To Make beef pot pie with biscuits

1In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.

2Stir in the vegetables, gravy, potatoes, thyme and pepper. Transfer to a greased 11"x7" baking dish. Bake uncovered at 400* for 25 minutes.

3Place biscuits in a single layer over meat mixture. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until biscuits are done.
