Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds round steak cut into 1/2" cubes
- 2 cups mixed vegetables, thawed
- 2 large potatoes, peeled, diced, cooked
- 1 jar (18oz) beef gravy
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tube (12oz) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make beef pot pie with biscuits

Step 1In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.

Step 2Stir in the vegetables, gravy, potatoes, thyme and pepper. Transfer to a greased 11"x7" baking dish. Bake uncovered at 400* for 25 minutes.

Step 3Place biscuits in a single layer over meat mixture. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until biscuits are done.
