Ingredients
- 3/4 pound ground beef, browned and drained
- 1.5 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup cottage cheese
- 2 - eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package puff pastry sheet, thawed
How To Make beef pastry pockets

Step 1Cool cooked beef and cut puff pastry into 5 inch squares.

Step 2Combine filling ingredients.

Step 3In center of squares, put a heaping 1/3 cupful of filling; moisten edges of pastry with water, fold over to form triangles; press with fork to seal.

Step 4Bake at 400 about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
