puff pastry sheet, thawed

How to Make Beef Pastry Pockets

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cool cooked beef and cut puff pastry into 5 inch squares.
  • 2Combine filling ingredients.
  • 3In center of squares, put a heaping 1/3 cupful of filling; moisten edges of pastry with water, fold over to form triangles; press with fork to seal.
  • 4Bake at 400 about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
