2eggs, lightly beaten

1 pkgpuff pastry sheet, thawed
How to Make Beef Pastry Pockets
- Cool cooked beef and cut puff pastry into 5 inch squares.
- Combine filling ingredients.
- In center of squares, put a heaping 1/3 cupful of filling; moisten edges of pastry with water, fold over to form triangles; press with fork to seal.
- Bake at 400 about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
