the idea came from my daughters cookbook that she gave me at christmas. it was really good and easy in the crockpot

1 # - ground beef
1 can cream of onion soup
1 can french onion soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can green beans
1 can carrots or 3 fresh carrots
1-2 - large sweet potato

How To Make beef onion stew

Step 1

brown and drain the hamburger. you can use stew meat if you like.put in a crockpot add the vegetables. then pour on the french onion soup and the other two soups. do not stir. it would be easy to add any other veggies and spices. its so quick and easy to put together
